Lee has been an artist educator for DAREarts since 2009. He is passionate about how his values align with those of DAREarts and about building arts-based curriculum that is fun and relatable to the current generation. He believes that youth all learn differently and that they need access to alternative ways to develop skills.
Lee is committed to building young leaders of the future by using the power of the arts. The programs that he delivers bring hope to youth that are facing life challenges by exposing them to opportunities, engaging them in creativity and empowering them to be leaders.
If given the opportunity to be any art form, he would embody dance. It is the form of art that has changed his life in so many powerful ways.
When asked what he likes to do when he’s not working, Lee’s answer is simple and encouraging: “Entrepreneurs are always working… always”.
