Meghan Fulton

Meghan Fulton is a Black Canadian artist-educator living on the traditional unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh peoples in “Vancouver.” A life-long learner interested in food access, education, sustainability, health and the science of fermentation, Meghan’s enthusiasm for adventure and all things sour are what guides her through life. Meghan has worked closely with fermentation for the last five years both in Vancouver’s emerging craft beer scene and in her personal life as an amateur home cook. A graduate from both Capilano University with a certificate in Applied Business Technology and a Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor’s Degree in history, Meghan uses these teachings to guide her interactions with students through a lens of compassion and intersectionality.
