YLI is a free after-school program for youth ages 14-18 to work alongside a team of other young people who want to make a difference in their community using the arts. Now offered online and in-person in select communities, over the course of 10 sessions you and your team will design and deliver a creative project that takes action on a social issue you choose together. You’ll get the chance to collaborate and learn with professionals from the arts, non-profit and private sectors to bring your project to life.
Added plus: You’ll get a free YLI Kit containing all the supplies you’ll need for the program, meals provided for the final session, and participation counts towards your high school volunteer hour requirements.
